MATTHEW CHEUNG is an Asian-American filmmaker based in Los Angeles who is interested in pushing creative boundaries through visual techniques and telling immersive stories. In 2023, he won the DGA Student Jury Award and the ASC Student Heritage award for his short documentary, A Balancing Act. He now works as a freelance director and cinematographer on commercials, documentaries, and music videos.
